Pre-vacuum & dry soil removal
A thorough commercial-grade vacuum lifts loose dust and grit before the deep clean even begins.

Pre-spray
We apply a professional-grade pre-spray across the carpet to break down embedded soil, grease, and body oils, giving it time to dwell and loosen contamination deep within the pile.

Agitation
We agitate the pre-spray using a top-of-the-range CRB (counter-rotating brush) machine, which works the detergent right down to the base of the carpet fibres for a genuinely deeper clean that brushing by hand simply can't match.

Steam extraction
Pressurised steam and cleaning solution flush deep into the pile, with simultaneous extraction removing dirt, allergens, and moisture.
